I had a problem with purchase order report, the font size of header details changes when device selected is Windows Printer. How should I set it up so that the font size is the same with the order line details. Please see attachment.

If it is good on other devices, check the "Maintain fonts by Paper type", and check what paper type are you using in the "Windows Printer".

Thanks for the reply. By the way, I am using Letter for Paper Type and Small(17.1 cpi) font. I tried different font size and letter size but the output are all the same.

What are your other printers - windows, UNIX ? Is it all windows printers or only 1 specific windows printer?

Go to the field property and check the font tab.
Check whether some large font size is used for that field.

We have several windows printers and the output are all the same.

Nothing is selected in the report field font in Report Layout session.

What do you have in "Maintain fonts by Paper type session" for paper type: letter?

We have decided to use report viewer. The reports output are better compared to windows printer and you can export to pdf, word, excel, etc. Anyway, thanks for all your help.
