I'm trying to write a easy sql statement with a group by on the date.
But because the type is UTC, the group by is also on the time of that date.
Can I group on only the date?
This is my code now:
select
tdsls401.orno, | Verkooporder
tdsls401.prdt | Leverdatum
from
tdsls400, | Verkooporders
tdsls401 | Verkooporderregels
where
tdsls401.orno >= tdsls401.orno.f and
tdsls401.orno <= tdsls401.orno.t and
tdsls401.prdt >= tdsls401.prdt.f and
tdsls401.prdt <= tdsls401.prdt.t and
tdsls401.orno refers to tdsls400
group by
tdsls401.orno, tdsls401.prdt
order by
tdsls401.orno,
tdsls401.prdt

Timo

Hi Timo,

Can you try "tdsls401.prdt.date" in the group by clause?

Amit

Hi Timo,

Can you try "tdsls401.prdt.date" in the group by clause?

Thanks for your suggestion, but it doesn't work.
You get 'Table field not found: tdsls401.prdt.dat'.
Strange thing the 'e' at the end is missing (short errorstring maybe?)
