Customised menu works in BA

When i use it as same user in BW - only one directory icon displays (without any text behind) in which I can't enter ???

Make a dump of this menu and post it here. I am prepared to import it on our intallation and check what's wrong with it.

Be quick, because our Baan IV server goes down at 14:00.

I suppose that this is a general problem in some settings I make in menu build, not individual for this menu.

You don't have this application so there is no need to send menu to you but thanks anyway.

I work for ITS, so we have ik_del application. So you can easily send me the menu dump.

What do you mean when you say menu dump.

I found answer myself;
problem was a too short Menu name...

(solution No. 522 in Baan knowledge base):
SOLUTION DESCRIPTION:
When copying/customizing a menu, ensure that the menu name contains eight characters (i.e. in the menu 'tfgld0000m000', 'tf' is the package, 'gld' is the module, and '0000m000' is the menu name). The GUI expects menu names to be eight characters in length and it will not display menus with seven characters or less in the name. For example, the GUI will NOT display the menu 'tfgldfinance' but it WILL display 'tfgldfinance1'.

I hope it will help to someone beside me ...
