I have the problem, that one of the superusers is not able to see all the printers. He can only see the display and one other printer.
Is there any session to adjust which printers are available for a super user?
Thanks

Start session ttaad2100m000, find a user and then check the field "Auth. for all devices" on form "Authorisations".
Convert to RDD...

There is also this functionality that one user may have device preferences:
see session ttams1140m000 "Device Preferences Template"
and ttaad2500m000 > ttams1100s000 > ttams1540s000 to make a link to the user.
Somewhere table ttaad306 is being used too... I cannot find a session directly.

There is no "Device Preference Template" entered for that user!
Is this template a follow up to the "Auth. for all devices" in ttaad2100 in Baan IV ?
Thanks

After you set the Auth. for all devices and did a convert to runtime, was the super-user able to see all the devices? That is all we had to set on our system.
I do not believe the ttams sessions are available on Baan 4.

To be honest: I doesn't find a checkbox "Auth. for all devices" on ERP.
Is there such a checkbox in ERP? If yes, where?
Thanks
