How to get the information regarding report utilization? I mean users using which reports regularly,monthly,quarterly etc.

Customize report script to write/update a counter to a file every time the report runs. Then you can check this file whenever you want.

You can get the data from ttaad320 (Printer Queue). Develop a new report session to fetch the data from this table.
