I am working with LN 6.1 FP3.

If I need to delete the segment domain tcitem; that is, I want in certain installation that the item code in all installation has one segment.

I only have to erase of ttgfd4122m000 and ready or I have to make other actions.

Somebody can tell me if I need to make other actions or I have to take in account any special consideration?

but you want to disable the 1st segment or you want to remove completely in order to have just the item code without project

Interesting question. Even me i'm interested if the is a answer. I tried one time on a test environnement but i got big problems and our admin was obliged to re install the environnement.

Be careful with segmented domains.

From the online help regarding segmented item codes:
Once you have defined the item code segments and you have created or generated item codes, you cannot change the item code segmentation.
