Message search domain 'tdnas.item' failed

since you're windows, stopping and re-starting shared memory could fix it.
(or removing the td domain from shared memory if you know how to do that)
or reboot.
whichever you're more comfortable with.

If that doesn't work then you need to run CRDD with just domains. (reboot) and then try again.

if that doesn't work search BB or infor365.com for that error, i've walked a few people through it and don't feel like re-typing the steps.
