Hello,

Can any one advise how to remove option from Tools.For example if we click on Tools we wil get option like calculator,calender .So i want to remove this option from here.Kindly advise.

Use the session "Menu Bar/Toolbar Data" (ttadv4172m000) to maintain the commands you want to use for the toolbar.
