I'm looking out for a way so that i can attach multiple drawing, pictures(jpeg), documents related to an item. Is there any way other than item data or Engineering Item data where in i can maintain details of Items with all these add-ons related to Items?

Is there anything available as ready-to use in Baan4c4 or it has to customized???

Well I do not know about ready to use. But with Qkey(or other source extension product) I can, and do, maintain what I call my baan extension table. For example for the Supplier master I have a tccom970 - this holds additional information for that supplier not covered by the standard table. Usually these are fields used only in various reporting sessions. I do this for a lot of standard baan tables. And yes it does require customization work.
