I got the answer after searching the threads.

it is like


-- -set PROFILE_ALL=1 -set PROF_DIR=<path for file> <session name>

example:

-- -set PROFILE_ALL=1 -set PROF_DIR=/appl/baan5/bse/home/bsp tdilc4102s000
