I am new in Baan and Crystal Report.

If i want to get the below report, what is the best way to do? in figure and chart

1) Last Year Total Sales by Division
2) Net Sales by Division
3) Product by Countries
4) Profit by Division

Can you clarify from which tables r u using for printing the report . According to that u can sort the input fields and on the report you can use the aggre. functions . for totals

Hi,

1 & 2 Sales: Use table tdsls040, tdsls045, and tiitm001
Please varify the Division in Item master, because there is no stnd field Division, it may may be Item Group in your environment.
2. Use table Item Master tiitm001
3. Profit by division ( Use purchase price and seles price from the price master or Item master, or take the avg price for the purchase its depends on the business) and use table tdsls041 for sales
Note: Discuss all these things with your account because its total depend on the business functions, which price need to pick.

For the right prices use table ttdsls051 where the record type tdsls051.ckor = tdsls.ckor.turnover then you be sure you have the right price.
