Dear Baanboard,

since 2 weeks we sometimes recieve a bw message:

"process 79 - Fatal error : Can't obtain login information"

This message appears if e. g. you click in an form field of a standard session.

Clicking again, the messages appears again.

After some seconds no message appears any more.

This happens randomly and not very often.

Not user specific not session specific.

Nothing is written to the log files.

Maybe an network error ?

Any ideas ?

No offense to the network people on the board - to me it sounds like it is. Or could it possible be some kind LDAP error? Just wondering because we spent a day last week where logging into Baan would take 3-5 minutes - you were OK once you got it. At the same time just doing a ls at the cshell prompt would not return - turns out it was an ldap problem. My random thoughts for the day.
