Version: LN6.1 FP5.

Have installed webhelp, and put the right path on 'user data templete'.
Also can see the whole tree of webhelp through web.But when using baan application, open a session and click help, the help text is not found.

Is there any link missed between application and webhelp.
Thanks a lot if anyone can help.

It appears you installed the webhelp war but did you upload the help files like enterprise_server_76a_8.5_en_xmlhelp.zip in the WebTop Admin console, Help Content page?

Check the fallback scenarios in the webtop administration.

Hello Wiggum,

can you explain to me why we have to set the fallback scenario?i'm having the same problem in the past, and i asked help from the support, he set the fallback scenario but didn't tell my why he has to do it.

i searched the manual but didn't find any clue about this step, maybe you can elaborate more.

Thanks

It's like the VRC definitions. Usually you have your customer VRC based on an update VRC and the standard VRC.

Opening webhelp LN looks for a (customized) help in your "customer VRC" (a directory named like your VRC e.g. "B61Cacust" for the VRC "B61C a cust"). If there isn't a help file webhelp has to know where to look for the standard help files. This is defined by the fallback scenarios.
