I 'm using ln 6.1 FP5.
After config host name, bse... eclipse report studio, i create project and then add connection to datasource this error occur "Error, DatabaseMetaData License Error"

Pls guide me how to solve it?

I face the problem in fp6 and this solution is meant for fp5.
This solution is obsolete for fp6.

We had not Added Server/instance name for both products 7046 Enterprise Server-ODBC-library Integration and 7056 Adapter 2.7 for ERP LN, at Servers in SLM Snap-in.

After adding this , error was resolved.

For 7056, did u need to buy license from Infor, or simply adding it in SLM you got it resolved?

You need to add it in SLM and ask Infor for a new activation key. But like solution 233753 says, you will not be charged additional costs.
