in BaaN 4C4 the email adress can be stored in employee data.

Sorry I would like to know where in Baan Tables? I can see it in the sessions, but couldnt locate in the tables.

In LN Tools release:

Address Book (ttcmf2100m000)
Use this session to add and update entries in the address book. Use the main session to add an entry and use the details session to fill in the information or to update the entry.
Table: ttcmf200

if you want to see the table for a particular session,just select the help button and click
the particular field of the session
