How could I change the value of the role OPTIMIZER_GOAL of Oracle from a 4GL program?


We can change this value for all session but we need to change it only for one of them.

I think that we have to execute a command of Oracle whith the tool 'shell', but this tool is used for UNIX commad, isn´t it?
