I have an issue in Maintain Inbound data session (tdilc4103m000).
On entering the data & clicking on lines, it takes me to subsession tdilc4104s000.
Here the form contains no data & the top portion of the form is spaced out.
On clicking the Next Record button it displays records in the top spaced out portion
of the form.
But for one particular user on clicking the Next record button, no data is populated.
How do I resolve the issue.

Check if that particular user has been authorized to see those records. Maybe there is a table data level authorization set for this user...
