Issue Description:
A license will be used when a user logs into one instance of ERPln server. When the same user logs into multiple instance of ERPln server, that many licenses will be accordingly consumed. This is needed to be blocked. At the time when the same user logs into another instance, the user must be instantly blocked from access.

Solution Description:
A solution is required to block the user(Eg:by displaying an information message). If this is not possible, please furnish explanation for alternative solutions.

Exceptions to Alternative solutions: Exclude "time-out" as a solution.
We do not require a "time-out" solution where the additional instance is is killed after crossing specified time period.
