We are on BaanIVc4. In form 2 in tiitm0101m000 in the Inventory data section, the field Inventory Unit (tiitm001.cuni). Does anyone has an idea of what's in the before input of that field that makes it attr.input = false? There is no inventory or Purchase orders open for that Item but still, we cannot access the field and change the inventory unit, anybody has an idea?

Any kind of pending or historical transaction will make this field inaccessible. I am not sure of the exact code, but that is the general rule. Also, I believe a corresponding tdinv001 record will make it inaccessible as well.

also the field is inaccessibe if

- sales or purchase contracts exists for that item
- item is present as "derived from item" of customized item (tipcs021), as long as project to which customized item belongs, has not been closed
