Depending on what you know about the system. You can use exchange schemes, Function servers, or even imports directly to the table. You can search the forum for information on exchange schemes and function servers require coding and there is a forum on the board dedicated to that.

Your profile says 6.1 and we are on 4c4 A&D extension - very different systems and tables, so I really can not answer that question. Basically you have to understand your system and how it is setup. Once you understand how it works you can look at which tables needs to be loaded and in what order.
