Is there anyone know how to create Customize Grid as the attached sample?

You can do it using User interface objects,

dsccombox - using the event - EVTLISTBOXSELECT
dscpushbutton - using the event - EVTKEYPRESS

There is an easier way. You do not have to reprogram everything in 3GL.

The list-box you showed us in the screen shot can be defined in the Dynamic Form Editor.

After adding a field, as I remember, the settings is in the last tab (or one before) of the field option.
