Is there any way, we can block unnecessory Tax Codes which is maintained in tcmcs0136m000?

For above issue, I have got some alternative solution like creating new auto zoom session which shows only those tax codes ending with * (we will put * in the description to know its expired). But here the problem is if user pressed cancel button and entered expired tax code explicitely..it will accept.

Is there any alternative solution for field level validation without source code?

All of the solutions I can think of require source code or something like Q-key. You might be able to setup something on the table itself, using something like ttaad4134m000 Maintain table data authorizations. I just have not used that so I would not know how it would work.
