I am getting following error when I try to run an existing query:
Process 17 – Fatal error: Undefined symbol dd_name ‘tttxt001.opwd’
Can not continue in ttadv3280m000 in DLL: ottstp_textdll (text.read) [last function:creat.tmp.file$]

and a series of errors as follows when I try to create a query:

process 27 - Fatal error : Undefined symbol dd_name 'tttxt001._compnr'
process 27 - Fatal error : Can not continue in ottstpstdlib (create.new.text)

Please help me resolve this.

Looks like someone patched your software and did not finish it. That is what I think of when I see "License for product will expire in 8 days". I am not an admin, but it sounds like someone needs to finish the patch with a CRDD.
