When we try to print automatically (background mode) a Packing slip in a full process, on a landscape printer, we obtain a document with the format portrait.

NB. The first printing is correct, the problem starts from the second printing.

NB. When we print directly a packing slip it works fine every time.

We're on BaanC4/Oracle 8.1.7/windows 2000/Client B40c.63, before we were on BaanC4/Oracle 7/windows NT/Client B40c.047
and we haven't this problem.

Could you explain what you mean by "background" printing. The Windows reference, is it to the server or the client. If that is the client are you using Unix or Windows for the Baan server?

What I wanted to say, it is that in the script of printing packing slip, the program is carried out in background mode.
The windows reference is to the server and the baan server is on windows 2000.
