Hi Experts,

I have a problem with the outbound lines session, for some reason that up to now I don't know are generating user's locks at database level. I know that is normal but the locks are staying in the database, for this reason for which gives me problems in the functional process.
We actually is removing this locks manually, but this was not happening before.

Anybody can help me?

Can you explain me why are reasons to the locks staying at database level?
