I need to know where the first day of the week is configured for the central invoicing module , I need to know this to carry out a date control, for example I need to know if the first day of the week is Monday or Sunday

I am using num.to.week() function but the companies isn't configured the same way, then I need to know where is configured this first day of week in central invoicing module.
