my company print the invoice using bwprint to putout dot matrix printer.
i need to print 30 pages of invoice continuely with invoice paper.
the contents of first page is fit , after continuely printing 2 to 30 pages , the contents become moving lower and lower of the paper...... not fit.
i already set both the paper size in the printer device (330mm x 230mm) and baan device.
how can i solve this problem?

How is your printing on OS level configured, are you printing directly to the printer using TCP/IP printing or are you using the spooler. It looks like the page length settings do not match.

They need to be the same in Baan, O.S. spoolsystem and printer.

my printer server is WINDOW XP ,
i set the paper size on it.

Okay, so you're printing using Windows printing and BW-print. Maybe something in the defaults has been changed. Print the report using preview on the screen. When the report appeard on the screen use your right mouse button to view or modify the settings used for BW-print.
