We ask showroom employes to define the business partner when the customer come to buy but the problem is that it need a lot of time to fill the bussines partner form then sold to, invoice ... all other forms so please advice if there are any way to make it one form or to fill default values in other form.

One solution for this issue can be :

u create a session(table etc) to get the important info from showroom employee.......then based on that data execute all the session through AFS.
