We have BaanIV c4 with various different clients: both bw, bx and ba.
Is there a way in code that a session can get information what client it's running on?
Or what the client OS is (Especially windows/unix)

Well - you can check this thread (http://www.baanboard.com/baanboard/showthread.php?t=7329&highlight=client+environment+variables) about client environment variables. I do not know a client windows variable that has this information. You might try searching on client environment variables - there are other threads I am just not sure of their relevance to you situation.
