I created a new session (print session),and added to one of the menus.
But I cannot see the new session.

But, when I login with another user having the same menu, I can see the session

I couldn't understand, is there a cache for worktop for the users?

And what should I do?

Yes, there is a cache. Renew it by pressing "Update" in one of the menus (I dont remember which one, I havent at this moment one worktop).
