Our organisazion implements ERP LN and my self suppose to focus on TOOLS. I had no much experience in ERP since my background is "programing".

Do i have to have welth of knowldge in other modules??
what are the things i should catch up prior to my training on baan.??
how should i b organize to learn TOOLS
