Can I do it through AMS? Or is there any other way?

Theoretically you should be able to do it via AMS, however in reality - in BaaN V at least - this causes a lot of trouble (maybe LN is improved..???).

Best way would be programmatically, if you have access to the source code that is...

You should be able to use the standard Baan functionality. Depending on your Baan version you cab block sales orders if the brut marginis below a certain percentage
