hi,
I am giving a reference to a field of a table and a maintain session is generated on that table.but when i m inserting a record into the table through the maintain session ,i m receiving an error which is attached in this thread.Can any body help me out.

i think you've built the reference internaly. So you have to CRDD for both, tdatl and tiitm.

Do you have something like "refers to ...." in your SQL statement? And do you realy have a reference from tiitm001.item to your table?

Just an idea:
1. first check the tables ttadv500 to ttadv504 in company 000, They should be empty. If not, yo have had some old incorrect reconfigures. You have to clear this first.
2. set your new table to expired. Press save. Remove the expired. Save again.
Now you should see your and all referenced tables in ttadv502 (and your table is not expired :) ).
Convert to runtime all tables/packages/modules incl. reconfigure (no reconfigue should happen. It's just for safety).
Log out and log in again.
