I have a form field of type double and I want to display it a different color like blue .I tried using DsClabel along with DsNstring property .It is displaying the variable value but the DsNForeground and DsNbackground colors are not getting displayed .

Old topic - search this forum for DsNForeground and DsNbackground, maybe even "color". I am not sure you can do this without a lot of extra work.

I searched entire tools development section for the color problem .But I did not find any useful forum .If you know any please let me know .

One way to do it is by using character based window i.e. with graphical.mode = FALSE .But that is not acceptable for my users .

I'm surprised you didn't find anything. A simple search on "form color" returned me this (http://www.baanboard.com/baanboard/search.php?searchid=321681)...
