My client has some customizations. They feel that those sessions are not user friendly (usage wise). They want those sessions user friendly ? They want the sessions seem like internet explorer.

Can any body tell any ways to accomplish this :confused: ?

What sessions? And it depends on what they want - but to look like internet explorer is a bit much.

You have to get together with the users and find their requirements and redesign the sessions with good GUI and business process flow, then come up with some Fast Order Entry session or less manual intervention or process automation etc.
If the sessions look ugly, then refer to the BaaN GUI Style Guide and improve the look and feel.

Use Webtop, you can choose fields and is nicer than standard Baan. As for user empowerment use WORKTOP
