Hello (again),
Following my last post, here is another complementary question:
The aim is to print a report from Baan (V) with logos, defined in a specific true type font.
In the Baan script:
- I convert the tmp file produced by Baan (with ttstpconv) into a PostScript file
- I add (with a .bat file) the new font in the ps file
- I send the ps file on the client machine (with "server2client")
- I print it (using "copy" in DOS mode) on a ps printer
- I convert the ps file in a pdf for archive (with "ps2pdf").
Here is the strange result:
> I can't see the logos (only the letters corresponding to the specific logos) in the printed ps file (even if I view it with GhostView)
> But the pdf file contain the logos.
The new font is correctly defined on the client machine.
Do you know how to solve this?
Thanks again!
PS : I tried GhostScript on the server, but it takes too much time between the launch and the print...
