Can anyone tell me how to enable the Text option in the standard session like "Maintain and Confirm Back Order (tdsls4125m000)" ??

You should copy maintain form VRC to your current VRC. Then in the form properties section you should enable T text option.

Don't forget to add your text field to the session. On maintain sessions click on the "texts" button to add your text field.

What data we should maintain in "Maintain Avaliable Text Fields by session (ttadv2113s000)" to add our text field.

Please explain with example if possible.

I tried for your logic and now T button is enables in the form. After "Maintain Avaliable Text Fields by session (ttadv2113s000)" user can able to add text in the editor.

In my case it may have been a little different. I created text for session tppss9161m00b. What I did was create a different table to hold the text. Without adding the field on this form the text button did not work.

From the attachement it seems that it is customized session so you can use text from user created table.

In my case to enable the Text option in the standard session like "Maintain and Confirm Back Order (tdsls4125m000)", is it required to define the table (which is used for Text field in Maintain Forms) in the Maintain Session ?

The main table of tdsls4125m000 is tdsls045 which does not have any text field . Hence u can not have any text entered on tdsls4125m000 .

On standard it's not recommended to add text field .
