I have tried yo get the opening balance for the accounts codes so as to generate the balance sheet using baan reports. What are the tables involved in BAAN V C finance. Which tables stores the opening balance or should i work out th eopening balance.Can any one advise.Thanks for your help

I have B50b but it's possible that they are the same or more similars. They are:
--- tfgld203. Opening balances- Ledger/currency
--- tfgld204. Opening balances- Dimensions/Ledger/currency
--- tfgld206. Opening balances- Combination of Dimensions/Ledger

Hi George,

BaanERP only stores YEARLY beginning balances. To get monthly begininng balances so often needed in financial statements, you'd have to use those yearly beginning balance (as mentioned by Monica) as a base, then work your way up to the month in question using, preferably, the "history" family of tables: tfgld201, tfgld202, or tfgld205. It's not going to be straightforward, since the "history" tables may store history per currency for certain accounts
