after service pack install we are facing a problem in report display screen

how to increase the horizontal scroll in report when we select the device "D"

1 - I change the page length 132 in maintain device data for D Device
2 - also change the page length 132 in report.

but problem still exists . please help urgent

when we are use the report and chose the device "D" Display Screen.
it is showing the page width 80

You say you changed page length, but want page width to be 132. On form two of Maintain Reports you should be able to set PAGE WIDTH to 132. This should take of the problem.

You might want to make sure that you are changing the page width on the report in the correct VRC. That is the only other thing I can think of - I tested with one of my reports in development. All I did was change page width on form2 to and from 80 to 132. I have nothing set on my display device, but page length at 132.

not showing the horizontal scroll bar .
in every report page width 132 is set

Try to always include jpg's instead of word documents. This takes up less space on the server.

I would definitely contact baan in this case. The new service pack installed into production is probably the problem. Either something was missed or did not install correctly.
