Now our company want to run a process from a txt file(include purhcase order no.,position,seq,qty,BP and so on) , instead of BAAN standard receipt session(not include confirm order) when receive row material.Because
it is much manual using baan session.it is easy to get txt file via scaner.Can anyone give me some suggestion?

My recommendation would be to develop a API type function server which calls the Baan standard session in the back ground. You read the fields from the file, put them to the Baan standard session and then process them. We reduced the receiving process down to 1 session with only 6 input fields - it then runs all the Baan sessions in the back ground. We have done this for receiving, inbound, outbound, etc. Check out the AFS/DDC/OLE Forum. You could probably even search on receipt and get a fair number of hits.

I can not find above library in our BAAN ERP(ver.50b).This need buy alone??We have bought BAAN ERP Tool module!!

As far as I know this library should be present in Baan ERP. We are on Baan IV and it came with our system. If you have the tool modules and this library is not present then I would contact Baan support.
