I have little problem. I want to enabled following check boxes:

Session is "Item Purchas data" (tdipu0101s000), the text box is "Purchse Text"
Session is "Item Sales data" (tdisa0101s000), the text box is "Item Sales Text"

According to me these checkboxes are display fields. They indicate whether there is text present. It has no use to enable these fields. What is the purpose of enabling these fields?

I agreed with both of you.

I have to changed the default behavior of Baan, i.e "copy the text for Purchase Item data and sales item data from the master item", if item is created by duplicating an existing one. I have done by making some changes in related DLLs.
