I have a little question. When we create a new employee through the session Employee (tccom0501m000 & tccom0101s000), and saving records after filled information only in "private" tab, it give a message as

"Man and Machine rates are used in HRA parameters. Cost component must be filled."

What is the meaning of this message.

How we can use the different cost components? and what is the use and importance of cost component in Baan?
