We are on BaaN 5c and when a user print reports in Finance ie. Print Journal Report or Non-Finalized reports. He gets the following message :

" C:\Program Files\Baan\tmp\tmp069747936_17306.bpf was not found.

The user is on XP. Any suggestion.

I think that you should try to reinstall baan client and bwprint on client.

check the permission on folder C:\Program Files\Baan\tmp

make sure user has read/write access to folder.
