If I understood you correctly,

You have to go to the Form Commands, Choose Menu in the "Activate" option and link the customized menu.

Maxime.

Step 1 - select the session where u want to attached special menu.
Step 2 - open the session form, click the choice field.
Step 3 - Attached the session,save and dump the form.
