has anyone done anything to print documents such as invoices to a PDF file. for example, we can print the invoice out to a file but haven't found an easy way to get it to be a PDF format file

Check this link (http://www.baanboard.com/baanboard/showthread.php?s=&threadid=590) out. It requires ghostscript, but it does work. Give this a try and if you have any questions please post them in this forum and we will try to answer them.

The only problem I have seen with this is when it comes to landscape reports, but eddie monster resolved that.
