Hi,

I have problem when I want to print tcmcs013.txta in Purchase Order. If I login as Super User, the text can printed, but when someone login as Normal User, text doensn't appear in printing.
I allready set authorization for the maintain session ( Maintain Term of Payment), but it doen't work.

Is there somebody can solve my problem ?

Thanks,

Could be permissions for text handling as set in
tttxt1111m000.

POPUP-HELP: Authorisations (tttxt006.perm)

There are three types of authorization to work with the texts of a text
group:

Use
The user is authorized to read texts and link
them to a record, e.g. an order, item, help text
code etc. He cannot change the texts.

Update
The user is authorized to create, change, read and
use texts in the text group.

Read
For the specified text group the user can only
read texts. He has no authorization to link or
update them.

This means that user is not having authorizations for the Text Group. Give permissions through "Maintain Text Group Authorizations" tttxt1111m000.

I think you should select read permission - printing is a special form of reading...

That is not possible unless users are denied access to text tables through Database authorizations under User Authorizations menu.

Or the text is maintained in Group "A" and the user is having auth. for Group "B".

On 5c0, no DEM, for normal users who could input and view text but not print, I found read access to AMS tables solved the problem (after much searching through db traces)
