Do you know of any tech papers about the Data Access Layer?

I hate to say it, but the Baan Windows Help is the best stuff out there for the DAL. The class material has quite a bit, but it's all covered in the help.

Check under Maintain Program Scripts / Libraries, the Specific menu has the "Manual Pages..." option. Search for DAL, and you can see the overview, and everything else related. There's even examples :eek: You can print out the windows help by subject...

If you are unsure if the document is public, post the document number and let people go hunting for it :) on Baan support site. Ofcourse you may be flooded by private messages/email for it ;).

well Vamsi the odd thing about this document is that it didnt have any document number on it ;-)

There is no indication if its a internal or external document, user instruction, help-info kinda, so I was unsure.

So I am uploading the document here so that I do not get flooded by private messages or emails ;-) so that everyone can find it useful.
