In session "Maintain Reports" (ttadv3130m000) i found a nice feature: If you double click on button "Layouts..." there is a quick start through to edit all layouts. So you don't need to go in menu and select "Maintain All Layouts..."

Are there more "shortcut features" in baan?

Have a nice day!

This does not work on our 4c3 system. I tried it 4 or 5 times and always ended up in the maintain layouts sections.

It works on our IVc4 system. This is seems to be more of a bug than a shortcut but I hope they don't fix it :)

Hi,

I think you have to use a mouse with an extra button that is set to be a double click or either click twice fast enough. Works for print sessions to, dubble click on OK and the default device will be choosen without you having to click again. Most definitly will work on more places within Baan.

Klaas

I had to slow up the double click speed. Then it started working.

Thanks

This very handy feature used to work on our old IBM J series machines but when we upgrades to the much faster IBM pseries machine about a year ago it stopped working.

I think this is due to the double-click elapsed time not being fast enough for the faster server.

is to use Shift-Cntrl-D.

That prevents RSI as well.

Klixy,

Use shift+ctrl+D from the Report Layouts not from the Reports session.

This is really neat ... probably another bug which can be marketed as a feature ....
