How far replaces the PMC - Tool (Baan5) existing sources in the update - vrc with updates: Is every existing source replaced ? Are there rules, exeptions?

A source is replaced if it's version is newer than the existing one, always, or at least, this should be the case.

There were problems with source installation (and includes = functions) with PMC previously that I think were fixed.
Also, Baan is now delivering only the changed components to fix a problem, so not delivering components that have not changed anymore (that frequently were delivered).
