We have BaaN IV c4 erp installed in our organization,we are in process of upgrading it into latest verison of BaaN ERP.My question is can we do testing of different module seprately before final installation,if yes how its done for baaN and by which methods.

I would try to set the parameters to make the modules independents. And to test sales, you could create a purchase item (with no integration in finance), entering stock by purchases and by a stock correction.
Also you could make warehousing transactions without other modules.
Testing production and finances separately also is easy.
But the majority of the problems that you could find out in a new version can be related with integration processes.
